Hey Cash. I do pretty good with the SCT trucks. If you guys come up we have a very competitive 2wd mod buggy class. Some really fast guys in this group.

Default Senior Spec Class Rules

Senior Spec Racers -

Guys, lets keep in mind that we have class rules. If you are not aware of the "official rules" please ask. The rules are posted on the wall and are available in electronic and hard copies to anyone that wants one. Most of you know the rules and follow them in the spirit of competition and fun.

The goal of the Senior Spec Class is to have fun and keep cost low. If individually or as a group SS racers would like to see changes made to the format or allowable hop-ups let's talk about it.

If you're not sure if a part is legal, ask.

It's important that we maintain the integrity of this class for both the novice and experienced racer alike. It's great to watch you guys helping out the new guys and one another. Giving fellow racers replacement parts, sharing setup tips and laughing out loud on the driver's stand is what keeps this class a winning recipe.

Continue to support this class and the Coliseum!

17.5 Thursday night for me and hopefully Bowie will be running as well.
I will have my truck up there for some mashing and bashing laps.

Default Coliseum Short Course Truck (SCT)

MTNitro,
for SCT on Thursday night at The Coliseum

Motor = OEM 12T Mabuchi 550 from the Traxxas Slash or Losi Strike
Battery = any ROAR approved 2S Lipo or 6 cell Nimh
( no 3S lipo or 7 cell Nimh allowed)
Wheels/Tires= Rubber, treaded SCT only. No 1/8th scale equipment, no foam,
no "slicks"
Springs, suspension, gearing are all "open"

Don't worry about getting a lot of horsepower in the truck. They're all overpowering their suspensions anyway.

Make sure your tires & vehicle are very clean. If you leave any thing on the track you will be disqualified.

10.9 was my fastest lap on Saturday... this might have also been the fastest lap for stock the whole day.

The 13.5 guys were in the high to mid 10's

Any chassis, 21.5 motor (any), gearing set to 4.2, any body, you can run trans-am rules or sedan with jaco blues.
