I agree with Nova. Aluminum would be better then plastic because of the durability. A hard enough hit into the wall be destroy anything, it just takes a harder hit to destroy the aluminum. Just go with what you want.

I can help get you buried if you want!!!!!!!! I will call you to see if you can go racing but I will talk with Jen first so I can really stir the pot a little.

If the weather keeps staying like this will have to take a road trip on the bikes.

The front C-hubs and knuckles are pretty fragile, but the Alu rear hubs are dialed! Ive ran them on every Xray Ive ever owned

How did racing go? It really sucks not being their thats for sure. Looks Like I will be out for a few more weeks. It is really up in the air how long I will be out. Good thing when it is all done with are new house I will be able to do alot of racing this 07 season since the house will have most of the work done up front before we move in. WHEW!!!!!!!!!!!! lots of work but it will pay off later.

Mike Sr I will give you a ring bewteen moving stuff to are storage area today.

Racing was grest as usual, A new "house" class ( 4 people ran it and might be more joining )was the 4 cell, 8 minutes and it was a blast.. I definetly need to work on the 4 cell set up but I was very pleased with my times.

The "pro" class had 10 people and Austin showed be belonged coming in 3rd in the A main. Viat and Larry both are in love with their x-rays....

Now for the fun news.... Seems someone brought their "not_quite_finished" Tamiya F103 GT with the finish body to the track yesterday and it drew a lot of attention, enough that I expect a F103 class to be running at the C shortly. It's a hard to get kit but man it's a piece of work!!!!!!!!!

RCtech had them for $129 with the finished body...... This person bought it locally and payed more... There are none to be found around here... I, I mean he got the last one.......

I sure hope his wife doesn't read this forum...

Me and Juan practiced on Friday cause we couldn't make it Saturday. He broke a bunch of hubs I just got the Co27 motor and I really want it to last a long time. What type of motor care should go towards it? How many times should I cut the comm and replace brushes. How many times should I put it on the dyno?

Brian since you have run a losi at the "C" I was hoping you could tell me what blocks you ran on a tighter layout. I was running four degree and didn't have enough in the corners. My solution that I have yet to try is this...I switched blocks to six degree and pulled the front shocks in one hole to avoid any push at the top end. Am I close or should I start over? (I was considering going three holes up front and working from there )
Peace,
C
