On the other hand, he sent you pictures. If you didnt' verify that what he was selling was indeed what he told you it was, then part of this is on you.
Hope you get it settled to your satisfaction...

In any transaction there is one thing which everyone must keep in mind prior commiting.."Let the buyer beware"...which simply means you the buyer must make all necessary efforts to ensure you're getting what you think you're getting.

If you send a complaint to paypal you might get your money back paypal disputes are settled quickly and with good results
