Badger.
I do own an Iwata but have never sprayed it. I've had a Badger 175 since a teenager and it's still my workhorse. I'm not the most talented painter and I've not really pushed the limits as far as being an "artist" but I do like them (I actually have a couple) for being american made, plus they've proven to be reliable. I take care of them and they put out a good product for what I do with them.

Yeah the iwata hpc is prob the best, I use mike learn mojo which is a rich pen 213c because I do alot of motorcycle work and it sprays like a micron there 200$ guns. but if I drop it then thats 60$ gone needle and nozzle bent! For rc cars with createx or faskolor use a iwata 60$ to 100$...also spray some 409 in your paint for a super fine mist as crosseyed says it melts the paint! Also check out! Www.coastairbrush.com

is anybody using the Iwata Micron (B) 0.18 nozzle in combination with faskolor paint ?
is it spraying fluently ?
I'm afraid the small nozzle will not handle the faskolor well... ?
and it's a rather expensive gun to "just buy and hope it'll work"
i see lot's of painters (non rc) using the micron for very detailed work, would be great to get that extra fine edge for rc work ... if thefaskolor paint is "to thick to spray" with this fine nozzle I might just forget buying the micron.
i'm using the hp-cs 0.35 now and for charcoal black and fastint it's not 100% for very fine work
(when using 'golden' shading paint (non RC work) it paints super fine, so I can really feel the difference in paint with my hpcs)

That nozzle will be too small. You need to use solvent based paints for a nozzle that size. Most people use a .35 or a .5 to shoot Faskolor. I put a .2 nozzle on my Master airbrush and could hardly get paint to shoot.

i got my hands on a Iwata Micron (B) with 0.18 nozzle
and tested with white faskolor together with some experienced airbrush peeps
to our surprise the paint got trough without any problems
superfine nu hickups... perfect
I didn't test any other colors, but it looks like Micron and faskolor looks to be working just fine

I just used my new Iwata HP-CH, very nice. I also ordered a Master G23 mainly as a low-cost option to spray Faskote and Fasglitter.
