Also being from Michigan, I can attest to having seen a number of Camaros that looked JUST like that! Nice work!

Nice junkyard find.

If you look through the Historic Trans Am website (http://www.historictransam.com), they will occasionally post pictures of cars before they are restored. If you wanted to get really creative, the next body you paint could a more restored version of the car.

The best part of the scheme for me is the tape over the left tail light.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! It was really fun to do and everyone at the track couldn't believe how cool it turned out! The best part is that every scratch and dent it takes on the track only makes it better!!!

I've been painting R/C bodies for over 12 years and this has to be one of the coolest I've ever done.

Default Mustang coupes?

Sure would be cool if they would make a wicked looking notchback.

Nice 'Cuda scheme!! That gives me some ideas on how to paint my next 'Cuda instead of all Panther Pink.

You can ask me that again tonight @ MSI if you're there

And honestly, red wasn't my first choice, but the thought of green/white/gold with a red chassis just made me want to wear a santas hat while driving
