I race 1:1 scale with the SCCA and do hillclimbs on occasion. I was going to paint the car camo, but decided that if I careened off of the mountain that I'd like to be found!

I painted the front of my 1:1 race car black to make it harder for guys to block me.

The quality of the bodies in this thread just keep getting better, well done to all who post here.

Here's my latest, not VTA but, it's still vintage. Parma 1961 Chevy Impala, painted with Faskolor paints. Happy with the way it turned out.

We used to run a "Bomber" class in Indy that body would have been perfect for! The class was any vintage body (most used lead sleds and 50's bodies) and a silvercan motor. VTA tires/wheels. It was a lot of fun. I ran this one in it. Its the "Gangstar" from Parma. It is actually Billy Gibbons' "Cadzilla" body. The ZZ Top guitarist. They probably just didn't want to have to pay royalties so they called it something else.

I don't believe it does. I airbrushed one for a guy and tried to put it on my TC3 to see if it would fit. I think it was too narrow and tires would still out beyond fenders. Been a while, so I don't recall exactly.

Indy, love the Cadzilla.

Locally, the guys will let me run my Impala for a few rounds in VTA as it is "in the spirit of".
We have had a few of the Aussie muscle cars run from time to time.
