If by some miracle I can get a car setup for this class, I plan to paint it like this...

you can go to www.photobucket.com and set up a free account. then you can upload pictures for days on there and it will give you different link options to post in different places. it will specify for forums or IM or email...things liek that. you just copy what it tells you into here and bobs your uncle you just posted pics.

from another forum...very good illistrations

on the cans... I simply turn on the hot water and let the cans take a soak in the hot tub til the can is warm, not the entire can! bout half. Also always do a test spray before you think about pointing it to the lexan. you can have a bad can and ruin a good body. I also after shooting w/ each can, turn it upside down & spray until only air is coming out...then wipe off any paint left on the nozzle w/ a paper towel...they'll be good to go for the next coat or body. I use a big cardboard box as a paint booth to help keep over spray down.
thanks I try to do my best when I'm painting make it look real as I can

Here are photos of my battle-scarred Panther Pink Cuda using model master lacquer paint. As you can see the paint has done a better job holding up to my bad driving as opposed to the body. Most of the damage came on a parking lot track with wooden track barriers.

I wonder what I did wrong. I used 3-4 light coats, warmed the can a little before spraying.

First time into the wall the the front end lost 1/2 the paint.

Pantera.

Not legal by national rules, but we allow them locally. Great body.

This has got to be one of the most beautiful threads ever. Now if someone could just start a US Le Mans racing class with correct livery and paintjobs?
