I already posted this info on the main VTA thread, but here is a post by a Protoform rep suggesting that they are working on a Camaro body for VTA.

I would love to see a GT version of the new Camaro made by Protoform, I always love their bodies.

+1 on the Firebird, and also a '70 Camaro! (I know some guys have talked about this...)

This sounds like a great opportunity for us in VTA to stir up some competition between JConcepts and Protoform. Which company will be the first to make a 70-72 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am?

Hmmm ... I wonder if this challenge will work? One of those 2 companies should jump on the Firebird body.

Default Prptoform Camaro

I've been bugging them for a 70'/71'Camaro body, their reply was a new body to cure my itch, maybe a VTA, USGT, or could be a 2013 Nationwide Camaro. Hopeing 70'/71', my Pegasus will become a practice body real quick.

I reckon I'm dissapointed already. Pretty much all Protoform bodies are just race blobs. A tiny little bit of detail to give it a little ressemblence to the real thing and not much more . I will apologise if they do bring out a nice looking scale body though.

Would the '69 Camaro or Firebird bodies work on a TT-01 or is that chassis too narrow? I know the wheelbase would work.
