I don't think any have survived. The last one was Mills Pond in Ft. Lauderdale, but it closed after hurricane Wilma about 7-10 years ago.
Look for FASCAR, that was the State Paved Oval series. Some of them were somewhat banked if I recall, but most were flat.
There are some banked dirt ovals around too. I went back to dirt oval after trying the flat paved oval world.
