98NYFINESTVETTE What front brake set up are you using. Anything under a $100 for front brakes is cheap! Some hydraulic front brake systems got for $300 to $400.

I run on rear the Full Force CF brake disc and alloy pads which are OK but going to try something else when they wear out.

The disc brake set up was $100.00. Amazing how they work after adjusting them. You can adjust them to lock up or slow you down.

That is low. At $83 I would think that all the parts are not included. Make sure you get the master cylinder, plastic lines, fittings, calipers, rotors and tools to bleed the brakes.

I had a little accident and I broke a elbow for the caliper and cracked the frame in half. I ordered the replacement elbow from the place I bought the kit, I received it in 1 week. My point is, to buy from someone that you can get parts from within a reasonable time.

You can see there's PLENTY of activity re: 1/5 scale on road--but the moderators just IGNORE us ---and won't allow a separate Large Scale heading!!
Maybe we should all head over to "Large scale forums" and leave these guys to there regular scale stuff? They don't seem to care about us??

Even thaw I said I would not buy anything Integy ever again I have heard good things about their latest cable from brakes version 3 which only cost $99.99 and have seen some places selling them for about $80. They all so make a hydraulic set up for about $150 but have not heard much about them.

They are coming out with a electric 5th scale 4 wheel drive which I am not into electric. All so coming out with a 1/8 gasser. Rumors are they are getting ready to do something big with the baja. I have to say the HPI baja is one of the most supported large scales on the market. I really like my 5b SS but would like to see a 4 wheel drive which I think is coming.
