just to be sure. if you ask about "pro10" you mean 235mm wide all out lmp car.. the narrower 200mm cars that we run here in the states are world gt or "wgt".. 235mm cars are fewer.. corally makes one. the crc can be widened from 200 using their kit, and powell racing components makes a full chassis kit that you can build up using standard irs and associated parts (i have one)..

starter car.. any of the wgt kits are a good start as they are intended to be run with a 1s lipo battery and the speeds are much more tame than the fire breathing 2s 235mm cars..

I posted them in the onroad section thread called pro10: 235mm Le Mans Prototype pan car discussion thread.

Here is a link.

Default Twister Cyclone...

I know Tower Hobbies used to sell parts for this car. I used to dig the design at the time and remember going through my Car Action looking at who was selling it.

Tire wear is about the same as nitro cars on the 2s 235mm cars. Depending on the motor you choose they can be faster than 1/8th 4wd nitro cars.

Thumbs up Re...Tire wear

We ran Pro Ten last summer on a prepped (sugar water) asphalt track about 140' X 90' fairly open high speed lay out. We ran 4cell NIMH open motor. I ran a Novak 5.5 with a GTB speed control on an Assoc 10L2. I was getting about 3 nights of racing, 3 Qualis and a main all 6 mins out of a set of RC4Less pink front and rear tires. Some were using Jaco Lilacs or WGT spec tires with about the same result, we were running 11 to 13 sec laptimes. Some guys ran the newer 200 mm cars with the Protoform Mulsanne body. We were all pretty equal, The 235mm cars may have been a little more forgiving to drive. They were great fun.

Hi guys,

Its a new year so it was time to start making a 2010 version of my Q10.
Main changes are found in the front suspension which will work with lighter springs (lever ratio went from 1/3 -> 1/2), the front lower arms have been lowered and I left out the cutouts in the chassis.

Pics see below

yup, looks already good and quite ingenious. I am curious how it would fare against the standard asso style frontend. Hopefully we will see it when (or if) the RC-Lemans series will hit Genk (Belgium) full force

Tobi from Moosi masters bought my previous front suspension setup and I thought he had a video, or at least you can read what he thinks of it

http://www.moosi-masters.de/forum/vi...t=3624&start=0

I'm looking forward to Genk, but I'm not quite sure yet what motor to drive. Or full mod with my tekin R1 pro like previously or 9.5T and then I can use my Tekin RS... what does the lemans series drive??

Default AE RC10l4 Road Coarse Carpet Set Up.

I recently got a AE RC10l4 and would like to run it on a carpet road coarse, with over 900 post`s it would take WAY to much time to find a set up if there is any. I did the search and found nothing for road coarse carpet. Does anyone have a good starting point set up ?

Thank`s !!

the rc10L4 is an oval car so you wont find any setups specificly for the L4 for on-road. Your best bet is to find setups for the RC10L3 wich is a 190mm car wich also uses a three shock setup.
