Mark,

Thanks... I should have caught this but ...oh well.

My shock didn't have enough preload and my chassis was drooping down in the back. That's why I had 2 mm difference in ride hight. DOH!!!!

Very interesting; an RTR-type Pan Car.

It even comes with a Protoform Peugeot body.

You can also run saddle back too on the car and they have hold downs too for the car.

Yeah, they make the SP-3 too. It's a RTR 1/12 car. Looks just like that, only smaller. Comes with radio, batter, charger, and everything for $149.

We had a spec class for them here last year. It was pretty neat, but our track was a little too big for them. They only have 380 motors, so it took forever to get around the track.

Default New pro 10 car

Check this out guys. Pretty cool. It will never hit the states though. Guess Pro 10 is still big in Japan.

That is pretty trick. Thanks for posting it. Looks like a cross between a Switchblade10 and the old HPI car. It's 32,000Yen or @$240.59 depending on the day's exchange rate on this page: http://www.tech-racing.co.jp/new_model.htm .

Here's the car we're talking about:

Default Strange P2K2 motor

Mark A: Here's a strange one for ya:.....I bought a new P2K2 at SoCal the other night. When I took it back to my pits, where the light was better, I noticed that the can had some lettering scratched in it, just above the dyno tag. It was the word "new". The motor had better-than-average numbers compared to the others in the case. 32100rpm, 175 torque and 131 watts. The package was sealed and there is no sign of the motor being used, except the normal wear you would see from the dyno run.
I asked BK if he had seen this before and he said no. Perhaps it's a team-motor that escaped the factory?...anyone seen this before on a team drivers car?

Graphite: Hmmmm...that’s an interesting one. Personally, I’ve never seen a team drivers’ motor w/o any sort of marking so maybe you got real lucky. Try it out next time in your Pan Car and you’ll find out how good it is in a hurry.

You racing tomorrow?
