As far as I remember, I have:
- 82 for Metric bolts
- 90 for Inch bolts
- 100 for the AE front suspension bolts because they are low profile.

Our inch screws have 82 degree counter sinks. Here is a tool for it.

The tool I linked to has a 5/16 (.3125) inch diameter cutter. It will do both #4-40 TPI and #8 x 32 TPI. An Aluminum #8 x 32 TPI associated pan car screw measured .310 inch diameter on the head.

Track is about 230 ft long, big layout, see pics below for a visual. I'm trying to get the Korean guys to start a class here.
Track is the PTS circuit about 30 minutes south of Seoul.

depending on boost and turbo
but it should be round 50 or 53 mm roll out
on a pan car i would use more turbo ans less boost

Brushless v Brushed
My local club has been way behind the power curve. We are just now starting to get some members going brushless. The problem we have is that 4cell brushless (ROAR stock) pan car oval is faster than 4cell brushed. Lipo is faster than 4cell brushed. Lipo and 4cell brushless are close to even.
My thought is to try to even things out a bit as we go through the transistion. First, we will establish that our next racing season (Fall through Spring) indoor carpet will be the last season of brushed.
Then perhaps, in the interest of driving skill v speed demons, one would allow brushed cars to use 5 cells. My thought is this might bring the different stock motor types into a competitive environment.
Any ideas about this?
