Default REDS Racing ZR12T Engine

Dear all

I just wanted to know if someone have made some experience with the above mentioned engine, REDS Racing ZR12 Tuned.

I'm thinking of buying this engine, but I didn't hear a lot about.

Which muffler would fit best to this engine?

Thank you for your help.

BR

Thank you Soloartist.
Do you know the main difference between the ZR12 and ZR12T regarding the power band?
I will use the engine more for technical tracks. Not for high speed tracks.

Yes, they are Sirio based. If, where you live, Sirio engines are available, go with them.
They are awesome, cheaper (especially in Italy) and spare parts are easier to come by.

I still run the Sirio XXX and there are few engines that keep up.

Hi Soloartist
You're right, the 1/8th scale engine from REDS is Picco based now.
REDS is going to bring out a new 1/10th scale engine in mid september!
...also Picco based.
But the actual REDS ZR12T should be Sirio, or not?
