The only problem now is getting a nova based engine. The factory are backed up with serious numbers of bad engines returned for one reason or another. Just try getting parts when you blow it up.

Does Jose (Boy) Chua still run in the PI? Has anyone heard from him? I was stationed in the PI for 3 years in the late 80's.

www.microrcshop.com and www.rctexas.com both have the Rex RERS3's and I know there are parts available for those.

i havent heard any problems with the novas, what are u talking about, the reason they are hard to get is because they changed distributors from trinity to mugen.???

We cant even get Nova parts in Europe hardly let alone a distributor change. Nova are backed up with returns and are not able to produce the demand the engine companies are wanting. This came from 5 different sources here (3 which are Serpent Team drivers).

I am the distributor for Nova here in the Philippines and contrary to what you said, I got all the parts I ordered from them. Shipment was out in one week.

Suntok,

Read his post again, these palmaris guys are always implying something. Maybe this time the message is Nova's got problem.

Nova is all over the place in my LHS. how many do you want Palmaris Europe ?

Why would I want a Nova. I have 2 already that run strong. And why would I have to imply anything. I stated something as I have been told it. Nova parts are sometimes hard to come by here and sometimes some of the engines are too.

I dont need to talk down Nova. They are bringing themselves down. They have dominated for so long now that they have got themselves into a situation of thinking they cant be beaten. The truth of it is companies like ourselves, Sirio et al are surpassing them and they are left scratching their heads wondering why.
