The concept of tuning is the same for all engines. Make very small adjustments when tuning. Are you running 30% nitro fuel? if so go down to 20% try that you may need to shim your head if your having difficulty getting it to stay running with 30%.

I will be using Byron 20% fuel. I have run this in all of my other cars with no problems. I just needed to know if there was anything different with this engine, it is brand new and I don't want to damage anything. It was missing the instructions and I can't find anything about it.

I think the engine STS based. The lowbudget Mega .12 was also a STS based engine. Try to get pics of the STS carbs an compare them with the Mega or does the carb look like a Picco ?

If it is Picco you can find base settings on the Ofna site.

Thanks for that. I looked and mine is the Picco built engine, I have the basic set up for the .26 engine - that should keep me in the right direction.
