Default New Collari Edition Novarossi

It was only a matter of time before a new Collari edition engine was released by Novarossi to celebrate his latest World Title.

Well, here it is. Only noticable difference I can see is the much longer crankshaft.

The engine will be available on the 2nd week of November!
The engine will have the same spec as the previous ones with an exception of the longer SG shaft and it is Limited Edition which only 550 will be made.

Interesting. I assume the longer crank is to eliminate the need of the T-shaped spacers?

The screw and washer on the end is telling it....

I wonder if we see more of this long shaft and I am also wondering if it is a direct fit for all axial clutches.

If it is a direct fit for Kyosho (which I would assume it is) then it should also fit Mugen, Shepherd and Motonica. Not sure about the latest Serpent but I bet it's about the same too.

I figured it would, just wasn't sure.

Anyone know which rods it takes? R, C or whatever the 359 was?

Looks like they have gone back to the big crank pin. Red RC says it takes an R7 too.

Interesting 2 days ago, on the Exploded view at the Nova Rossi site it shows 7010/1, but now it shows a 7009 which is an R7, good eye
