Exclamation will AE .15x carb work on peak diablo .15?

i have a rc10gt2 rtr that i have upgraded everything on, now im about to put a new engine in it. the peak i bought has a slide carb, i know how set up my linkage to run the slide carb, but i would rather run rotary. i have read in alot of places that rotary is better for offroad. what do you guys think? should i run the slide that came with the peak? should i swap the AE carb onto the peak? and if i do swap it, will it work good? i know the AE carb fits on the peak, i tested to make sure.

When it fits it will work. If the air intake is smaller then you will loose power and overall the driveabillity could be different (even with the same size air intake).

If there is no low speed needle it can be difficult to get the maximum out of it.
