Engine Manufacturers
What is it with engine manufacturers? I ordered 2 engines towards the end of July from the importer who in turn directly ordered them from the manufacturer. We are now in the middle of september and we are about 2 weeks out from our national titles and they still havent packed them to be sent out and i suspect havent even manufactured them. Yes i know it is a world championship year for 8th scale (which these engines are for) but the were ordered 1 full month prior to the worlds!!!! Why is it so hard?

bearings suck??? explain, I have a friend who uses nova, I use nova base engines and I have trouble with the internal ceramic bearings(11 balls) i change to regular steel bearing(9 balls) and problem desapear, my friend says it something wrong but I see to many complaints about nova bearings, also on the nats at Ohio I spoke with a lot of racer's with the same problem what is happening???

Not through a shop matey. My Dad is the distributor on our side of the country so they were ordered direct from the importer and the manufacturer. Yes it is the manufacturer that is causeing the problem...they arent even built yet.
