Default O.S. .21 VZ-R Version 2.0 - Here are the pics :)

Just got myself an O.S. .21 VZ-R Ver. II for my MRX3.

Unfortunately, I have to wait another week for the T-2040 tuned pipe set to arrive - DOH! Everybody is outta stock - ah well.....

U$210 from Hong Kong.

you can get it from tower as well. looks purrdy funky like a JP black Nova.

Hope its not too fast for me - noob with a Mugen MRX3 wc edition + twin s9350 digitals + Futaba 3PJS PCM

I'm new to 1/8th onroad n want to start with an easy to tune race engine.

Oooh yeah - Noob with too much money and now have no money - lol

Just swipe the VISA and don't look

Ever since I started RC 8 years ago - I've been longing when I could afford a 1/8th on-road. The time has come!

Default os engines

hi, how does that motor compare the other engines (jp, rb). what makes this engine so special. B/C i am in the market for a new engine but i don't want to pay 600usd for a new motor. Also does the engine have bottom end.

How did the engine work out for you both performance wise and tuning wise? I'm in the market for a new engine and the pricing on the O.S VZ-R is very attractive considering the specs it's showing.

What shop in HK did you order it from? I want to get one too. I've seen it run. It's a decent engine but not exactly in the range of the Novarossi motors.

It's been a couple weeks, anything new? I too recently got into 8th scale. I'm also an O.S. fan, I've had several; all very good engines.

Rods and rear bearings need to replaced regularly, but other than that it's an OK club motor. No cruise missle type donk.

Regular rebuilds? I asume you're competing with it. Are your races long duration? I figured it wouldn't be the fastest, typical O.S., but I thought it would hold up longer. All mine have been very reliable.

Typically 5 min heat and 20 min finals on club days. Don't get me wrong I like the engine pretty reliable and alright hp. But a Nova on the cards for a race motor.
