There is two ways to do. If chrome coating not damaged ( scratched) I can just put there new piston and conrod and the price will be $35-40, if the crome is damaged, there is available new cilinders with piston and conrods and price for it will be about $100 ( ready to install)
It looks like it is more dificult to make then sleeve, but with new technology we use to make this cilinders, it is much easier to me cast it, then make on CNC lathe.

This was the 30/12 off road blend.

I already tested the 30/10 onroad blend in a certain NS3 from Spain an it runs awesome...

are you able to release any internal pics of the engine, or maybe the basic theory of the 1 piece casing & sleeve?

Then put it on track with the same fuel and run it one more tank. Then Off road gyus came and kick me out-it is their competition day. So we moved to CP.
Switch fuel to Mugen 20 % nitro. Engine was running pretty good but still too tight. Blew glow plug. Tons of bottom end and mid range, but top speed was like modded MR12.
Was running coupl tanks with short braks ( talking to Pat Fox about engines). Every tank is 9 minuts-9 minuts 30 second. It was timed not by me ( was busy to listen engine), it was timed by one of the local respectible racer. Temperature 230 degree.
So conclusion for first day-verry satisfyed0 nothing got broken ( alot of parts my lighter then existing designs), engine has very good bottom and mid range ( most dificult to get), top speed is still chalange-next time will work with gearing and pipe. Had feeling the pipe was way to short ( RD logis one piece).
Open engine last night-still toooooo tight, I relaped it and will play with that next Saturday with Randy's help.
which car did you drop the engine in for this text?

About the pics, yes we will put some of them, but not a lot.
There is a lot of advantages of using one piece instead of using conventional design-temperature transfering rate, durability, technology etc. I can't say yet what is realy behind the "door", but ones everything is sattled, I defenetly will open it as well as pics and phisical numbers. Now as I sad before, I want to take full advantage of it, before anybody will try to copy design. I think it is fair, I never heard any engine designer ( manufacturer) is opening all doors, more then that, I have never saw any door are open. So for now any general info is available but design details not. Sorry.
