one of my coworker has one in his NTC3. Looks fast but dunno if its faster than the Novarossi engines.

Randy Caster 12-16-2003 05:22 PM

Are they designed for on or off road use more?

Cool, I basically am interested in them because the engine head isn't purple, lol. But do they perform as well as the rest?

When do you think you'll be able to get it on a track and see the performance of it? I do like the aluminum carb, had problems with the plastic ones.

Well if you are interested in selling the Rossi, I'd propably be interested. Sounds like you got a bundle of engines. BTW, is it the 3 or 5 port?

Aah, I am lookin for the 5 port, try to get a little more power out of it... One thing I noticed is that they use a standard plug, is the button replaceable so that I could run a turbo plug?

Randy Caster 12-18-2003 11:16 AM

Hmm, that's pretty cool, I figured the companies had to be somewhat related... Wonder why they didn't just team up and make the baddest engine ever, lol.

Rossi brothers are Cesare (NOVA) and Ugo (Rossi). Andrea Rossi(Sirio) is not related. Rossi last name is very popular in Italy. He was the owner of Arrows tires.

Is this on the racetrack?

markallen 12-29-2003 09:03 PM

Parking lot racing. And we both run NTC3's.

cool, was it straight line, or on a parking lot track?

markallen 12-29-2003 09:26 PM

We run both.I have been into nitro for 13 years and I have never seen a engine turn the rpm's my Rossi turns. It makes me want a 5 port now.The top end is simply awesome...Let me add I bought it used for $125.Was that a good deal? But I'm getting another NTC3 and put my brand new Sirio AAC 5 port in it.I want to see how strong it is compared to the Rossi.

Randy Caster 12-29-2003 09:37 PM

That's cool, I was hoping it would be strong on the track, straight line speed doesn't matter too much to me, I usually lock out 2'nd gear anyway.
