It will fit just fine as long as it is for the same engine, meaning it should be the 3 port version of the same engine

Anybody know where I can get a tuned N12LS3 ?

I finally realized this... Novarossi knifeedged the crank on the LL3 because its a longstroke and needs more RPMs... As they didn't do this on the LS3 because its a shortstroke, it already has planty rpms.

Try contacting fusion motorsports about getting the tuned engine. They do not sell directly, but as the importer they would be the best place to start.

Has anybody tried the new Plus 12-3 yet?

They are available in Europe now and the price is surprisingly low.

What's the scope on this engine, what's special about it?

Thx.

I know that any "plus" NovaRossi is supposed to be their best products available. They used a new technique for microcasting. See the link below:

http://www.novarossi.it/eng/motori/plus123t3ct.htm

I just saw rctoro is selling it for 295 a pop. Cheap? Well, price is a relative thing. I won't call them cheap. BTW, I am only running a OS TZ 5 p

In Europe I sw them as low as 255 Euros, compared to N12LS3 that cost close to 300 Euros, that's why I said surprisingly low, not cheap.

Usually new NR products are always higher than the current ones. Maybe their attempt to get their pricing structure down after the Ninjas and the Orion CRF are so much cheaper than NR.

I've read about the engine on the NR site, but that doesn't tell much, does it?

I tested the engine Plus 12-3CT and was surprised with the torque and how fast this engine reach the high rpm.

It should, it's a long stroke engine.

Can you compare it to a LL3?

How much did it cost you for that engine?

LL3 and LL5 are no match to this engine. Price is not very cheap because the rear bearing is ceramic.

I have tried it on my JP 03M and my LS3 Murnan. It is a reasonably short pipe in comparision to a 2601 which i normaly use.All i can say it that I lost too much bottom end to make it work on these engines. The 12-3 however has really good torque power so im sure this pipe was designed with this in mind.

The few that i know run the 12-3 still use the 2601 at the mo.

Default idle state RPM

i face the following problem, i have an LL5. i recently replaced the rear ball bearing as it was almost destroyed. now the engine has the following attitude.

when i increase the RPMs to the highest point ant then leave the throtle to idle, the rpm doesn't return to the normal ones, although they are reduced the engine keeps running for some seconds untill it goes down to idle RPMs.

has anyone faced that problem?
talking to my local reseller he told me that the o-rings of the carburetor should be destroyed and air comes in to the engine from the niddles. is this a chance? i haven't faced this problem again, so i would like to have a second point of view
