I have no idea what timings Novarossi is using on the current Mesphito but seen with all consumer Novarossi products there is still some room for more. Indeed there is a question if people need it from a such already fast engine.

It depends..... An offroad engine has lots of room to gain more performance with any feeling you like. An onroad engine is already high timed and not giving lots of room to change that feeling a lot from what was original set in the engine.
And does it care how the engine feels when it did gain more performance? At the end if you want/need that power you will be happy in any whay the engine comes.

This was yesterday evening.
Not much talk about the status of Novarossi but it seems Ielasi could not wait for a re-opening of the Novarossi factory and introduced earlier than planned his OS line. His plan is to stay with Novarossi until next year and then switch compleetly to OS

In the video its at 1:45.50 - It's called playing a straight bat... We all hope for better things for Novarossi but it isn't looking good. Ielasi has been with Novarossi for a very long time he was also a brand ambassador for years and provided most of the Novarossi factory support at all the big international and european races and so of course he's going to play a straight bat for the time being until the current situation becomes more official. You've got to see between the lines here and understand why he's transiting over to OS completely by next year. But hey lets see - I really hope we can keep such a historical name in the sport and I hope that I am completely wrong!
