Does anybody knows which .21 size Nova engine is the same as the JP R09 crankcase? I am looking for one to replace mine due to the internal case got scratched by a broken rod.

been testing the keep on .21 this past week, and it is the most powerful engine i have run. If you are in the market for a new motor you cant go wrong with one of these monsters.

What is the feedback like with the new Keep On 12s? How do they compare to the previous PT/PTS range? Any noticable difference?

From my testing, the Keep-On has more bottom. I ran both engines at the winternats and my times were a bit faster with the Keep-On.

Also, I really didn't feel like I lost anything running the PTS. Both engines
are very very fast!

You can't lose either way.

Default Novarossi 2.5 (NS15S5) Engine Information

I have been trying to find some information regarding the Novarossi 2.5 Out-Law engine and/or the Rody .15 small blocks. If there is a thread on this forum about these engines, I would greatly appreciate it if someone would please post that link for me? If not, any information regarding the above engines would be appreciated. Tried of blowing up 18TZ's. They don't seem capable of withstanding high RPMs very well. I guess you get what you pay for.

You will not be disappointed anyone that owns this engine!
Hey Pooh. Did you run the full or non full ceramic version. Very curious what the diff in performance between the two is...

Cool

Can you guys help me ?

Last month i break in a new sydney kanggoroo engine. After break in is done, two weeks later, i use the engine for race and i found out the engine flame out whihin 3 laps. The engine will not run properly. Flame out very easy on straight line. When my mechanic opened the engine, he showed me big scractches on the piston and sleeve near exhaust port side. I thought it was a bad luck.....

So, few days later , I bought brand new piston sleeve again, and re do the break in process again. Two weeks after the 2nd break in, the mystery scracthces is come back again. Now i have two brand new piston and sleeve with scratches.

Can you guys help me what i did wrong ? Is the crankshaft or main bearing defective ? Or is it because i put too much after run oil after break in ? Or is it dirt carbon inside manifold was being push back to engine ( two stroke turbo effect ) ?

Sorry about the photo quality. Blackberry 9900 doesnt have auto focus lens.

After break-in and a cool down period there is a little bit of grow in the piston, so the text time you fire it up a pre-heat is adviseabel but also a short run in proces could be needed to take away the grow. and beside that all I think you have to try other fuel.

Does anyone know where I can find the Nova Turbo Glow plugs, particularly "C8TGH"? According to Nova's site, the new Flash and Keep On .21 motors use this type. Is it possible to use a "C7TGH" on these motors? Your help is greatly appreciated.
