Hi Pato
I have one STS D12EX #1203 with max 10 tanks if you are interested. It is not the fasted engine out there.

I ran an STS .12 Part# 1018 and sheared the end of the crankshaft off after maybe 1.5 litres of fuel
I know they're cheap, but what's the go with that?
It looks like the material fractured as though brittle

Thumbs up GREAT ENGINE FOR THE PRICE!!!!

got about 3/4 of a gallon of break in in my 833 engine looks fast .
i will let you guys know how well i do at my club race this weekend

i will put in a new con rod after full break in part# (120304)

Default D21T engine

Hi.

I'm going to break-in this engine. Inside it looks really great with no metal leftovers and nice finish. The carb has 3 needles. Is that the old or the new carb?
Do you change the rod after break-in (heat-cycle)? It hasn't got a very hard pinch like some other brands of new engine got, so I'll guess the rod doesn't get too stressed.

i had a great run today with my 833 3rd i the amain
the engine is a real eye opener when i tell them it's a sts engine
right away i get ''wow is that's the old sts dragon engine''
i tell them to go to the sts web site and take a look

Is that the 833 in vid looking at the vid that looks like Hangs Hk1 from the paint scheme on the body. Randy is correct his 833 was fast,maybe worth looking into.

Tested the leopard On road 21 a little over 1,000 cc on it

is there anyone still using sts engine cos i just finish rebuild my old sts d3r after crankshaft broken,

i wonder if 1080 how good it is for bashing as i see from rc-mall it way too cheap for my niece start playing rc
