Default NTC 3

I just bought a Team Associated NTC 3 off a friend. He took really good care of it and it's in pretty good shape. The only problem is I can't get it to start. For some reason it's not getting fuel. I checked the fuel lines but didn't find an air leak or anything. Any ideas? thanks
