There are tons of them:

Hot mod, (Jim Hottinger) EB mods, (Ed Bridges... I think is his name) RB mods (Rick Brake... once again I think that is his name), Dennis Richey, Steve O'Donnell, Uriah Murnan, Pat Fox, Mike Queller, and I quite sure there are plenty more of them.

I would go with the Murnan#1 and would def stay away from the EB MODS and JIM HOTTINGER mods they do nothing to the crank and this is the mod you will get for 100.00 or up from them

crap, no blue printing and so on..
Here is modding

I have an eb mod and besides some silicone in the crank it looks COMPLETELY stock. This is the TZ mod edition which os lists on their site even.

Glad I didnt pay for it. Ha. I then went and modified it myself , now it actually makes some good power.

sorry I forgot in the two different companies eb does touch the crank they put silicone in the crank for the crank ramp, and no they are not connected, every jimm hott engine I have seen from a .12 to .21 he has the same cut under the intake port but his looks like he used a band saw.
If I was going to buy a "real modded" engine for power I would go with a murnan and if you want real nice "beautiful" looking crank and sleeve go with rb mods, jk

I think he only does new engines. You can send him an engine to mod, but it has to be new!! I think...
