O.K. Mad Max, I'm sure the motor is fine, I'll make sure to stay away from you
in the drivers stand.
I'll see you this weekend.

Is this engine a Picco 3P Roar repackaged with a stuffed crank, or is there more to it than meets the eye?

I'm looking at this engine, and the Mega ZX for the coming season. I ran the Picco 3p last season, and am happy with it, but more power is always welcome.

OH boy, it is more than what meets the eye.... New cylinder, new conrod, new carb, new button head, new crank with silicon ramp...actually it is the latest rebaged and slightly modified Picco P1R Evo 2...and let me tell you... IT REALLY MOVES.....good low end, great mid range and lots of top end...It just proves that you can make a great engine at a reasonable price...I asure you it is at par with JP's, Nova Plus's, and Sirio's out of the box.

Thanks AFM. It's nice to get a little more bang for the buck. I'll get one ordered. Sounds like the Skyline pipe is the way to go. Any input on this?

The taper of the Picco plug is different from the OS plug, it will more likely to develop a leak later on if you don't use the original Picco plug.

Taper differnce is with Novarossi based plugs....OS, Picco and Team Orion plugs work fine with this engine.....at least it does with mine...no leaks
