Can anybody tell which engine is this ?

Got a bunch of stuff from someone leaving the hobby but can't figure what engine is this.

Never saw this atom marking. Engine block has Hobao/Hyper mark but that's it.

Would like to figure factory needle settings

The head is Sirio but does not belong with the crankcase.

The H logo on the crankcase looks to me Hobaho Hyper and I believer they are original SH made.
