The new Picco carb is short needle.
Regarding the Reds, i think it's long needle.

And now they have two more variants, V1 Race (5 Port) and V1 Star (3 port)

Both of course geared towards a racer with a tighter budget. No DLC and no Ceramic Bearings.

What pipe would you use in buggy besides Picco 2099. Need pipe with a little more bottom end for V1. Track has short run ups to triples. Thanks...

I would try the 2046 or 2133 picco pipes if you want more bottom.

How do you like the engine? What run time do you get? How is it to drive?

Arctic, I just got it. Been running the TX with 2099 pipe great engine. The V1 looks awesome, just trying to figure out a pipe. I want something a little more snappier on bottom than the 2099. Can't say enough about Piccos. Will let you know how it runs...

I'd recommend the 2133. 2046 is a bottom end monster but unmanageable in buggy, it's more suited to truggy. I run the RC concepts mc5r (pretty much the same) and the 2133 really woke up the bottom and mid range throttle response.
