Do you guys prefer the standard Spec 3 cooling head or the low profile B2102 cooling head and why? Thanks!

I like the 2102 head. I think there is less chance of bending a cooling fin or breaking one off. As far as performance, I don't see an advantage for the average consumer for the lower head. I'm sure that some of the pros see a difference, I think most won't. I have had a lot of issues tuning the B2102. I'm not sure if thats a issue with the head or the 22c carb or the overall design.

Yes it is. There was a guy on rct selling them many years ago and they work perfectly, easy on and off air filter.

It comes with the 21j3 carb. I put a 22c carb on a spec II and it gained 30-45 secs on a tank.

Im pretty sure its just lack of experience issues. Its hard for me to keep the run on out of it.

It has already made a comeback as the B21 Ty2. 2101 internals with 2102-style head. Should answer that question...

Only close bc of there's no rear ceramic bearing?
