When an engine says "ceramic" , what is that about and what could the advantages be?

Ceramic rear bearing. Improvements include slightly quicker accerleration, improved fuel economy, less wear, more stable at high rpm, due to less rotating mass. If ive missed anything no doubt some of the engine geniuses will fill in the blanks but those are the ones i can think of
