I have bought 2 engine/exhaust combo's in a clearance sale for just 40 euro a piece. I can not tell about the offroad performance but the timings are a bit low but not much different than other (low end) engines. I have modded one to some onroad specs and it has made a nice training engine.

You can not use the PS/R set in other Picco engines, the button head is placed on top of the sleeve without (as normal) a piece going into the sleeve. It makes the sleeve a bit shorter

I know people have bought this engine for the use in a truggy, but how it works I do not know. I expect nothing different than oter engines. There is enough room to mod it

The engines are sold out For the money I could not resist to give it a try, with that I have a nice training and rain engine. Only the delivered 3031 pipes I do not use.

In the onroad we had bad experiences with 30xx pipes. No one is using them. I believe it is a low noise version of the 2033, I love the 2033 so I should give it a try.

I just bought the p-six + 3031 combo - when i got it, my first impressions were, wow nice looking engine :-) I took it apart just to see the internals and i must say, anyone who buys this engine should rip the engine apart and clean everything, quite a lot of production/machine slacks that could ruin the engine within seconds! But I have not yet tried to start or run the engine.. right now it sits on my mantle for good looks in my living room.. I will try to remember this post and get back when i start the break in process..

But i guess this is a "you get what you pay for" engine - yet i would still prefer this engine to ANY rtr style low budget crap-mill...

**update**

Well today was break in day, and nothing bad to say about this engine, starts up real easy, idles well and keeps temperature stable.. so far no worries! 2 x 10 mins at idle on the box, and 2 x 10 mins high idle on the box, heat cycle method. Ready to hit the track and do some moderate driving..

Tip, i removed my clutch bell/shoes, this saves the bearings during all of the idle time. Also i stick an old piece of hose on to the exhaust and into a bucket of water.. this prevents neighbors yelling at you. ;-)
