ASCARI off-road engines - with piston ring!

Hi all.

Any of you knowing the Ascari engines - with pistion ring!

Ascari at a local hobbyshop in Denmark

Bloody expensive compared to "normal" engines...

Will they even fit a normal 1/8 car?

I don't believe a ringed engine can rev past 20,000 rpm.

Unless things have changed, the Ascari (Grossi) didn't use rings.

Ehm... they have it for a long time but not on all engines...
