After the introduction of the sensational B-218 in 2011, BULLITT engines are proud to introduce the new B-216 to the range for 2012. The B-216 offers level of performance that we believe can't be matched at anything close to this price point in the market. Tested extensively by the BULLITT team drivers, performance, economy and reliability of the B-216 have proven to be the equal, or better than engines costing far more. Of course quality is of the highest priority to BULLITT, and by using the same world leading Japanese engine manufacture, the B-216 gives nothing away to its big brother the B-218.

I got to race my Bullitt B-218 engine Saturday at rnd 1 of the FORCE Series. I have not raced truggy since the AMS last year, so my Bullitt has just been waiting to drop in sonce then. All I can say is WOW.
I TQ'd and won truggy with only 1 tank of practice on it. This engine is so smooth yet has incredable power. The very first tank on the track, it was already clearing all the jumps easily in the truggy. I was getting about 9 min on a tank even with it still running rich. I used an OS 2060 pipe. The RPMS where awesome - I had to break at the end of the straight before it topped out. Easy to break in and easy to tune. Temped 220-240'F, but I expect that to come down after it breaks in.

I used a brand new Bullitt B-218 engine with an OS 2090 pipe in mythe truggy at the PNB last weekend and all I can say is this engine is incredible! Although it only had about 20 tanks through it, the power was insane all the way from the bottom end to the top end and with a 6.5 carb insert, it consistently had run times of 10-11 minutes per tank.
If you're looking for a high-end engine, you should definitely consider buying yourself one of these. You will be extremely happy with it!
I was so impressed with it, that I'm going to order another one of these mills for my buggy from Gene at HobbyProUSA this week.

Here is a video of my first time running a Bullitt B-218 engine in a buggy. It was tank #7 (idled 4 tanks and ran 2 tanks in the street before the qualifier started).
Had to do a quick break in because my old engine wore out and kept flaming in Rnd #1 at the event. It was running at 225"F because it was still tight in the qual. After the 45 minute A-Main, it temped at 190'F. It had so much power it was insane. 6.0mm restrictor with a 2060 pipe.

Here is the Bullitt B-218 in my Agama A8T Truggy. Went 11 minutes on a tank (did not pit in Rnd 2&3). It feels like the old OS .28 as far as power, but is smooth and gets great fuel mileage. Perfect engine for Truggy.
