Nitro engine parts interchange ?

You might have to narrow it down a bit more than that bud. What engine are we talking here? All engines are not created equal. I can't really help without knowing which engine(s) you are talking about.

Sorry bud, it is really not that simple. A lot of parts can be used in different brand engines, but in many cases other parts must be used as well. There's just too many different engines to list everything that is interchangeable.

Novas replacement parts are also 5-10x the price of go engine parts. I can buy a new con rod for $13 and a new piston and sleeve for $60-70.

Go engines are basically just a copy of a nova P5, so almost all go parts will fit in nova P5 based engines. That includes P/S/R, Crank and bearings. Go parts are lesser quality so be careful with that. I wouldn't recommend mixing and matching if you don't have a lot of experience working on nitro engines.

There's an old saying about a 1: Cheap, 2: High quality, 3: High performance engine... Pick two as you can't have all 3. From what I've seen, it is 100% accurate.

I have experience with both brands. Nova is really hard to beat quality wise. You really don't want to get into this battle. I'm not going to get into a pissing match over it. All I will say is that novarossi is known for their quality. They aren't my favorite engine brand, but there's no arguing with their quality. Go engines are decent, but no where near the quality of novarossi engines, but like you said, they are more affordable than novarossi engines.

I'll let ya know when I write a book about GO quality.
I know you've owned both brands of engines. What's your take on the quality of those in question?
