And it is impressive to say the least. It is still running fat and at about 75% carb pull. already getting 12+ minutes run time. And Smooth as Shed Spread butter. And the pull is awesome. Some young man had a nexxt And another buggy out on the track. And we hit the stright at almost the same time and I wanted to see if I could catch them. WELL I Smoked um... I was on the inside line. started to pass the back guy ( of the two). But there was the other buggy in front of me on that line. So I backed off, Slid around to the outside line and passed them both before the end of the straight. Yep I had that BIG Smile Neal talks about on my face! I thought Holly Komolly...! My buddy who was driving the buggy that was in the lead at the beginning Looked at me and said "MAN Holly shit, Keith is it still fat ?" I looked away( to try and hide my smile) but turned back laughing and said " Yep are you impressed now ". Of course he was. The poor kid with the nexxt Said man thats one bad *ss truggy. Lol... I said Thank You It's a Clocked Bonito. All he could think to say was "WOW". Exactly the only thing all 3 of us could think to say!

From what Neil said, the Keep-Off 7-port will be just as good and possibly even better on fuel.

yup, Neal spent a ton of time running the Proto 7 last season and he loved it.

Hey Neal and John, I was watching some 1/8th on-road stuff and wondered if you guys have anyone running Clocked on-road stuff? As much as I prefer off-road, there's something about flying down a straight at 120kph.....

I have built some...but we have not delved very deep into onroad.....to put out any sort of competitive product we would need to develop it in a competition environment.and unfortunately there is not anywhere even remotely close enough to travel to to race.......Also we do not really have any smooth surfaces anywhere near us.....so testing out a 80MPH road car just in not possible......I would love to , but it is not practical.....I have quite a few drag engines , but not much for road race engines other then for GT car

I want it for buggy. I run your truggy mod P5/086 in my buggy and love it. Also ran your fire 11 in buggy with the long needle carb/2058 combo.
Wondering if the 2087 pipe that comes with the fire 11 combo any good?

TLR Tonto 03-11-2013 09:36 PM

i have a modded p5 with a 9886 pipe..has anyone tried the orion 2058? if so what was the difference?

smooths out the bottom end and screams more on the top (can you imagine anything higher?). Little better mileage too.
