Hey Neal which clutch you like better, the m2c or the new werks clutch you have on your site?

xc7 10-20-2010 01:30 PM

The only real chance we got to test the Werk's clutch kit was in bad wet muddy conditions and just haven't had a chance to retest again as our local track shut down a few weeks ago as it's undergoing a huge reno.

From what we have seen so far, it seems very nice as well.

Cool thanks John, I have been thinking about upgrading from the losi clutches. I was going to go with the werks ones but you guys seeem to like the m2c ones. Got all winter to pick one so no rush I guess. Just want one that will be easy to get shoes and such for and will last more then a gallon lol

Is there meant to be a shim put over the pins before the clutch shoe goes on.
on the M2C clutch. The shims supplied in the kit seem to be large on the ID.

those are special shims for a Losi CB...they do not go under the shoes.....M2C needs some better instructions LOL !

I cant see the Alu shoe rubbing on the alu fly wheel being OK. It may start to engauge inconsistently. Has there been any problems with that.
