Hi Neal
I have a Clocked P5 with a dynamite 086 pipe, is this pipe good for this engine? Also i have a RB F11 and it has a 2087 pipe, i see that you dont particulaly like the 2087 pipe so would the dynamite 086 be better on the RB for my Serpent Truggy?
I also have a GO 2072 and a pedicorite 0801 pipe lying around also.
One more thing is i run Byrons Fuel and have no access to werks fuel in New Zealand would you run 25 or 30%?
Thanks

Pretty tough to determine without hearing it first. Keep it simple:richen up the needles a half turn, pre-heat, run a full tank on the new pipe to ensure the engine is completely at operating temp and listen to how she sounds. You should be able to figure out where you are on the needles pretty quickly.

I would suspect the material thickness has an impact on how the pipe resonates. Neal mentioned earlier in this thread that he believed he saw a performance difference between the std. 9886 and the 9886 SS.

We had a rain shortened raceday, but the ol' Werks B5 pulled some duty. My B5 is timed more than most and i tried the 2041 pipe on it. My opinion is that the 2041 is my favorite over the 2013 today anyways, lol. Damn that engine accelerated like a short stroke. The M2C clutch is a must on it though. After that experiment the OS 25 was next. Wow! It's the best .21 on nitrous, lol. Great running engine. The powerband of the clocked 25 is outstanding. Very well mannered engine for its size and the power it produces. One of my favorites.

Started getting me Roma ready for some hard racing. Neil did a customn job, crank is slugged their a lot of MOD work done within this mill. It was prepped , I've added about 12 additional tanks for a proper break-in . I'm little past an hour out from flush both needles still running fat but holy crap this mill is AWESOME. It has a endless pull its amazing how smooth he made the ramp up. I was reluctant to buy didn't want something hard to control but its completely opposite.
Anyone wanting a killer engine trust me get the Roma its AMAZING. The workmanship is a piece of ART. When you open it looks factory this validates this person has skills he's using top notch tools . trust me there's a lot of work its NOT a motor using different Nova parts with less shims for deck height then sold as modded.
Awesome job Neil THANK YOU

I have over a gallon on my Buggy Mod P5. Way more power than my OS V-Spec, XZ-B and JQ (VZB Speed) I've ran before, and 2-3 minutes more run time than any of them. Bottom end is very smooth, but it has a lot more mid range and top end that I'm used to. It runs much better on an OS P4 than the Werks 5 or 6, and solved my flame out issues. 2058 pipe, Buku clutch, really liking it so far!
