i am looking to compete against Novarossi and nobody runs modified engines here in Brasil, what about a mod B5 against a mod B6, there is too much difference? always taking about putting it in a buggy.

It also gets the best fuel mileage of all my clocked engines.

The clocked B6's my friends ran in buggy were really fast. If i were running buggy again my choice would be the B6. Although i've been told the B5 with a 2058 is sweet also. I only run a 2013 with mine in truggy and you don't want that. Neal can give you more info.

Big Jay, Do you think it would be to much for it? A lot of the tracks I run at are a little on the loose side. Worried if I could ever get it to really put the power to the ground with out getting twitchy in the rear all the time.

Its best that you contact Neal directly so he can tailor the mods to YOUR needs. So your custom Bonito will be different from others out there. Give em a shout, he knows his stuff like the back of his hand.

I have ran most of neals engines and the clocked Werks B6 Pro would be my choice out of the B5 & B6 for a buggy but the real gem is the Clocked P5 novarossi which is a rocket ship in the buggy but you want to beat the nova's so the werks B6 with a 2058 will run down any stock novarossi and sound angry doing it, be ready for the questions once the car hits the track.

" what on gods earth is in the buggy comes to mind "

Heard this many times myself with the Werks B6 Pro & 2058 in the buggy

here is a video of my clocked Plus4 Team on a JP3 tuned pipe..... nothing fancy, just some practice laps....... The engine is soo fantastic I decided I needed o post a video....I have been tweaking on these Plus4 engines for a while now, and I have to say I am dam happy with what I am seeing... The engine has massive amounts of grunt and a killer top end...it is actually hitting 40 000 RPM on the track....

+ YouTube Video

Neal, how would you compare it with your P5 buggy and truggy mods? Really interested!

What type of mileage do you think you'll see in a buggy with that Plus 4 and the JP3?

I Am not sure..it seems quite good tho.....

as a rule my engines are good on fuel....tho some days they do better then others.....track conditions and weather play a major role in how the mileage will be...but as a rule they are usually among the best at the track for mileage.... On the engine in the video I would say between 8-12 minutes per tank depending on conditions and driver....

Yes..the acoustic tachometer is pretty amazing.... works very well and gives us very useful data on where these engines are peaking at on the track...The Bonito is hitting 42 000 RPM ... the Buggy mod P5 sings a healthy 43 000 RPM.... the modified Roma hits 40 000.......the Proto 7 hits 41 000 in truggy...my JL .21 in the Hyper 1/10th short course was hitting 45 000 RPM in a power wheely LOL
