Terry, Dan Jose, WE received fyour piston/sleeve sets today. They were Cleaned, inspected, Specs were documented and they were resized. We shipped them out and tracking numbers have been E-mailed to you guys.

Also Jesse, we inspected your Vspec, Crank pin is worn out of allowable tolerance, and the Front and inner bearings are bad like you thought. The rod bushing is wore out due to the crank pin wear. So Im not sure if you want to fix this one with it needing so much. So I emailed you and just get back to me and let me know what you want to do with it. We have not resized it yet, I will wait to hear from you.

Thanks so much guys,

Lance

Big thanks to Lance and RC-renew, I have sent 4 engines in for service and everytime the turnaround has been super fast and Lance is always 100% honest. I know very little when it comes to internal workings of nitro engines I can break them in and tune them great however in the past when an engine would become a pain to tune I would just toss them out. I always though pinching or rebuilds were a waste of time and would only get you a gallon or so before you needed more work. Having raced with Lance the past few years he told me about his new company a few months ago and why his shop is different than others that do pipeclamp pinches. So I decided to give him some old plus 4's that I was using as emergency backups and would get through a race but would not hold a tune. Out of the four I have sent him I thought 2 were headed to the dumpster(the other 2 were for bearings), however what used to be emergency engines are now my full blown race engines that I have put an at least another 3 gallons on and still run great.

Thanks again Lance and keep up all the good work..

Joey, Your extech broke the rod,the case, bearings, piston and sleeve are ruined. it is now a papper weight.... BUt we kinda figured that from how it sounded saturday

The plus 4 front bearings is wasted rear is fair and the rod is worn pretty much out of allowable tolerances, So i dont want to resize it with the rod being worn like that. I know you said you didnt want to spend a whole lot on it so let me know whatchaa want to do. Go Hotbodies!!!!!!!....lol

Thanks,
Lance
