Just wanted to let you guys know if you dont know how or dont have the tools to dissasemble your engine, or just want the whole engine inspected, PLease feel free to send in the whole engine. We will dissasemble it for you and also inspect it. I have no problem with that. Also any questions just let me know. Thanks guys!!

Javier, received your OS Piston/ sleeve today. It did have some major pitting on the top of the piston, we cleaned it up and resized it, it turned out great! Its finished and shipped out. Tracking info was e-mailed to you.

I was wondering my Dad's getting ready to hook up a new Werks B 6 for the Gas Champs what kind of lead in time do we need to get you a motor to do your magic and get it race ready broke in ,,,etc.?? Should we do two let us know. Thanks Kaulin...Stay Fast!

The bearings looked great, the conrod is ok right now but it does have some wear, it is still within usable specs,so I performed a light resize. This will allow you to not put excesssive stress on the rod and get 2-3 gallons out of it on this resize. Then after that you will need a new rod. AS by then it will be out of specs.
Because of the precise taper we perform on our services, a light resize will need only a short breakin. Idle 1 tank through it then run it gently 2 or 3 tanks and you will be good to go!!

Justin, The rods for you engines are scheduled to come in today, so Those should ship out today as long as I do received the rods on time. And I am glad you are happy with your fms I resized for you a few months back,Thanks for the update, 4 gallons and still going strong is good to hear!
