I'm still saving for one of these engines & 2072 pipe.
Green is nice, but black or red would suit the colours I'm painting my buggy body better. I was going to ask about other heads that suited.

I here that GO Engines stopped producing GXII 5RHO engine a couple months back, will that effect your engines & the availability of them or are they a completely different engine.?

Thats ok then, wasn't sure if the engines would be changed once GO release the new versions, although any new engine from NAA would be just as good most likely.

I was thinking about the MG66 head on the ZILLA, or just getting the MG66 but I like what I have read about the ZILLA, the matched piston/sleeve would be good & the extra power is good to, although it will probably take a bit of getting used to.

Not just as good, far better!!. Getting used to it not a problem!!We have an old fella in our club that droped one into his Truggy, he couldn't believe how smooth and reliable it was to drive, and keeps it's tune throught the day. His lap times dropped and had less trouble keeping the Truggy on the track.

& mark will do the piston/sleeve matching & flow tune on the MG66 aswell, for a price of cause.

I didn't quite type that write, actually meant just as good as the current NAA engines, but if the new GO Engines are improved then the new NAA engines will be killers but from what I have read about the GODZILLA & MG66, they would be hard to improve on.
I have a JQ Products Yellow Edition buggy that I want the Godzilla engine for so by the sounds of it I will be more than happy with its performance.

Either one of these engines would be great to run but the name GODZILLA just makes the engine sound tuff, haha, & for the price in the combo deal you can't go wrong.
Hopefully it shouldn't be to much longer before I can get one.

Thumbs up Zilla carby on Go GX11 5RHO.

Took the 3 needle carby off the Go GX11 5RHO today, and put the carby off a standard Zilla engine on for a try.
Transformed it from" hard to tune", to," what a sweet running engine." well worth the money to replace the standard GO carby.
Gave Mark a call to confirm same. The master stricks again!!

The carb that came with the MG66 is probably the best and easiest to tune carb EVER... I had nothing but trouble with both the 2 and 3 needle carbs on a GXII.. switch for a spare MG carb.. problems just disappear.. with the addition of mark's slightly modded needles so the tuning window is wider than a screwdriver blade the carb is as close to perfect as it needs to be.. fired up my zilla R3 yesterday after 5 months storage.. 30 seconds and a tweak or two and I have rock steady idle and brutal acceleration as ever..

Whats the different specs on the GODZILLA, I seen somewhere a while back that there is a standard version & a couple of other upgraded versions, ceramic bearing etc.
As a new website is currently being made & the old one no longer works I thought I would ask here as it should be in the next week or 2 that I order one for the JQ "THE Car", I will get the 2072 pipe combo for it as well.
I have the pro clutch that came with the Yellow Edition & the 13t clutch bell that it comes with, I also have a 15t clutch bell from the earlier edition "THE Car", which one would be the better option.

I rang NAA (Mark) & ordered my GODZILLA & 2072 pipe combo today, can't wait to get it installed & get it going, I better think about getting some more NEO+ as well, I'm just about out.

Hey Thanks for the feedback , and sorry for being away so long .. busy as usual

Ok MG and Zilla are Gen 7 , MG carb is brilliant , reliable , economical and so easy to tune. We sticking with that one for sure :0 )

Zilla and MG can be upgraded from stock with

R1 Rod
R7 Nova Rod ( nice )
Piston Match and Flow Tune.

and then we can mod it but it just wheel spins from corner to corner.. not the best for racing. Good for Grass and On road racing.

We have a new site coming , ebay fees are rediculous and un competitive so we invested in some net tech.

Here are some logo ideas i have been playing with , let me know what you think

Pretty happy, my GODZILLA engine & 2072 pipe combo arrived at the post office today, I must say, it looks better than I thought. I put my JQ Products Yellow Edition flywheel & 3 shoe clutch on with the 15t clutch bell, normally the car has a 13t C/B. Now just waiting on a few glow plugs to arrive, should be here early next week from Ultra Hobbies (QLD), ordered a few med/hot Axe Rossi XT5 plugs that have a similar heat range to the O.S P5.
This is my first real engine, others were decent & better than basic RTR engines but nothing like a modified, be good to see how this thing goes.

Thanks must go to NAA (Mark) for the engine & getting it to me fast.
