hey guys. Aaron here. just reading this thread. and lets just say it has me 'interested' not so fussed on runtime these days i think i am looking for something that can keep up with my 'throttle finger' in a truggy. if ya know what i mean.

i was considering just trying out a nova and even the sworkz s3 just for truggy however then i somehow came accross these zillas.

i do know how to drive a truggy placing 3rd in aka cup on like my 1st or second outing in a truggy. (usually a buggy guy)

but have the xt8 there ready for another outing one of these days.
currently using nitro-x fuel but hmm i have seen the neo+ am definately interested.

oh and yeah i beared witness to the above mention race of flanno's at the dice on dirt rd 4 it was a crackker i must say keeping everyone entertanied as i was pitting for scotty elkins.

i think we were on the last fuel stop when flanno came in with scotty elkins right behind him but me and toddy got scotty back out in front (we were like howd that happen lol)

then to have scotty flame just after the first corner out of the pits and put him back a lap.

with steven sneddon in the mix and flanno flaming (was flanno's race with like 8 mins to go he was 1 lap in front of everyone then flammed)

which then left it open for steve and scot to fight it out with scotty taking the win only just being taken over by steve at like 4 corners from the line scotty got him back and won the race with flanno in 3rd my god what a truggy race from the top guns of lrrcc club.

well done flanno the race was yours until the 'flame' but meh engines do that time to time.

Cheers Bud, Was an awesome Final for sure, so exciting, it's been a while since I'v raced Truggy at LRRCC, and was awesome to come back to a club day and have such close racing, I hope I set a good example for those watching when I accidently tapped Scotty while He was leeding and stopped and waited for him, well I think I tapped him any way so I stopped.
After all it's not for sheep stations......... it's meant to be fun :nod:

thanks to flanno's info on the engine etc. about engine etc. it has my 'interest' on the engine in turbo mode. lol how else does a rev head explain it? haha

a nova r7 rod sounds nice with ceramic bearings. and an aggressive engine doing 12 mins in a truggy has me thinking.

Aaron U won't be disappointed with either the zilla or the neo+, both are top notch :D

yeah. not that i am putting cra.p on any other products or anything i use i am just curious to possibly try something different. i have read the info on the neo + being bio fuel or something so im guessing it is a rather clean fuel and about it breaking the speed record using this fuel.

the fuel i was/am currently using is decent how ever i am noticing alot of carbon build up within my pipe.

at this stage am just really curious and something wanted me to ask questions so well see where it leads. i like the sound of a nova r7 lightened rod and the fact the engine is a modified version engine.

its not a bio fuel. we use bio grade ester based synthetics in the fuel.

the fuel is designed to run very clean. many people are impressed on how it keeps the engine internals sparkling.

mind you carbon is a by product of internal combustion engines.
