Good afternoon.
I really appreciate you getting back to me. As I mention, I have several engines and I enjoy running your products. I understand the restocking issue when things come from Europe especially during the end of the summer when several countries go on holiday which I think is a cool concepts. Wish we had something like that here. I also understand how getting product after they come back online is another issue considering many companies such as yourself are running low in inventory and are awaiting new shipments. Re the B7 Pro. How are the run times compared to the B6? Are we talking about equal with a little more bottom end on the engine or is the B6 all around a better engine. As for the parts, are all of the new mills using the same size bearings and is that also inclusive of the old engines. I'm asking so I can keep a few extra sets on hand. As one knows, it's not generally easy to get bearings when you are at a local hobby shop which could be near a track one is racing on. Especially when going away to a race, it's nice to have these on hand. Regards, Ron |
I just saw your post on rod availability. I to am in need of a rod. When do you think Amain will have get more b6 motors in stock?

Re B7. Again, thanks for the reply.
I see what you are talking about. It seems the engine just doesn't stop pulling and on a tight track, it's hard to get the engine to product power on the low end when you are keeping the engine in the low rev band due to a tight track. I have run the engine on a larger track and yes, it pulls long and consistent. I guess I should consider the B6 for shorter tracks. Another question if I may, it seems like the B5 is too much for a buggy. Would that be too much wheel spin and not enough legs for a medium size track, or just plan need the weight of a truggy to keep it tame.. Thanks BTW - Thank for the reply to the restocking of the rods for Amain. |
Not just the weight on a truggy. Gearing is different and you're running bigger diameter tires that are heavier and have a contact patch more than twice the size of a buggy tire. You need some bottom end grunt to get those things moving and you have enough rubber on the road to use it.

For all of the team guys that have been asking for them for a while I'm happy to say that we now have Werks Racing T-shirts in stock! We have L, XL , XXL and XXXL in high quality Hannes Beffy-T's. The shirts have out our large molten logo on the back (Large molten W logo with Werks Racing written under it) and a small version of the same logo on the front over the left chest. We have shirts available in the following colors:
Black Cardinal (a deep red/wine color, looks really neat!) Deep Navy (a really neat dark blue that looks almost black) Fatigue Green (looks kinda like an olive green color for the military look) I went with some cool, popping colors for our first run to be a little different than the typical white T thing. If you would like to get an order in shoot me over an e-mail and I'll get you taken care of! Regards, Ron |
FINALLY order sent :)
