I had not fired up my tekno NB48 with a b6 pro in a year. Put after run oil in her after the last race a year ago. Decided to run nitro yesterday at the races and guess what this little girl sprang to life and purrred like a kitten. I did a little tuning for the temp outside and made sure I tuned it for when the chassis was saturated with heat. There were 14 nitro buggies overall and I qualified 3rd in the "A" main. Not bad for a 40+ guy racing against $400+ nitro engines. No flame outs for me!!!

Congratulations to Werks team driver Evan Vail on his 4th place finish at this weekends 2018 ROAR Off-Road Fuel Nationals Warm Up Race! There was some very fast competition at this weekends event, something you can tell just by looking at the people in the top 5 photo so this was no cake walk! Evan's Associated buggy was powered by a box stock Werks B6-Pro II engine with 2058 pipe set, Werks super light "Pro Clutch" and Werks "Race Blend" fuel. Awesome job Evan!

I'd like to congratulate both our importer in Argentina Damian Montiel and his Werks team driver Nicolas Weber on becoming the 2018 Argentinian National Buggy Champion! The national champion title was decided over three races during which Nicolas ran either a Werks B6-Pro II or B7 KE in his buggy along with our 2058 pipe set and medium weight clutch system. Congratulations Damian and Nicolas!

B6 pro
I have a b6 pro not the pro 2 and it is in good shape but I was thinking about putting a new piston and sleeve in it.
I was looking on Amain’s Website and the only b6 piston and sleeve that they offer is the one for the regular b6. I have a regular b6 and I took the piston and sleeve out to compare them and they look the same.
Do any of you know if the non pro b6 piston and sleeve will fit a b6 pro?

It has been super easy to tune from track to track and holds it all day but most of all I love the power i get from a small blip of the throttle to clear huge jumps

What I told you when you mentioned that you though that your needels were hard to turn is that you could simply put a drop of after run oil on the end of each needle (while installed in the carb) and the oil will lubricate the o-rings, make it easier to turn. O-rings though do occasionally break or wear out and require changing. A-main normally has stock although they are out now until we get our next shipment in shortly. If your in a pinch you should be able to go to your local hardware store and mathc up the o-ring for a replacement. Just curious is this the same engine that you PM'd me about asking for front and rear replacement bearing sizes for? If so what happened as needing to replace those with only 5qts on the motor is not normal?
