Wow I was on the fence about getting this motor, but that's what I call customer service, going to my local hobby shop Tuesday to place the order with the 2057 pipe. Happy 4th

You will not find better customer service ANYWHERE

Ron is the man and the Werks engines are unbeatable in my opinion. The price is killer and they put out amazing power and runtimes. Really what else is there? Have a great 4th Werks Crew!!

Isn't there a new clutch coming out? Did I totally miss it or it hasn't happened yet?

how does the B6 run with a ninja/2060 pipe. Curious to know because if i were to get one of these motors i would try and avoid buying a new pipe...

This engines are made around the 2013 and 2057 pipes and some people like the 2035 also. This engines will run with any pipe that you use on them but you get the must out of them with the 2013 and 2057. Do a test with the 2060 and post how the performance was I wonder too how works.

Just ordered my first ever new engine, a B6. I currently use OD97T's and sometimes 77T's. Are these compatible and good for the B6? Also I currently only run 20% fuel, is the shim setup etc. ok for this as it comes from the box? I usually run small (6mm) restrictors but have been playing with a 7mm and limiting the throw to 65-70%. It sounds like this is a longer needle carb so maybe I should go back to a smaller restrictor. Are my O.S. sized restrictors the same as the 2010 carb? Thanks for the help, I'm like a kid at christmas waiting to run my new engine!

Could have happened when they put it back together after initial check.. Piston can fall pretty easily..

The odonnell 97T works with B6 engine quite well, as does the Werks #5 and 6 series of glow plugs. Ron will know more about shim setup. Werks has you covered if you need any extra restrictors!

Also, a case of Werks fuel is on special at A Main Hobbies for $87.99! Get it while its hot! (or cold).

Update: I did try to put a 6mm OS Speed venturi in the 2010 Werks Carb a few minutes ago. It fits, but it doesn't feel like it seals very well. If you take a Werks venturi out of a 2010 carb, you will notice its a nice, tight fit. The OS feels like it could almost fall out. I think your best bet would be to order a smaller Werks restrictor.

Thanks for the help. I was going to order some fuel but it's out of stock! Under $80 for a case of 20%! plus shipping of course. As for the restrictors I saw them on a main but am hoping I can use the ones I have to save some cash.
