Default Axe Rossi Cobra X2

Hey Guys,

Ran about a gallon through the X2 engine so far in my HB D8. Super smooth engine with amazing top end, also running the 2050 AXE pipe.

Breaking in a second X2 for the HB D8T soon as well.

Great Engine's

RiseRC i did the same hear to day ran about a half Gal of ColdFusion 30% in my New X2 Cobra and all i can say is WAY TO GO AXE ROSSI this motor has a TON of power and the brake in has went EZ the motors started right up and runs GREAT.

I have been getting around 12min run time just braking in this motor and it is SUPER Fat and i have been just driving it EZ around an 1/8 Dirt Oval track but i think it will get 11 to 12 min run time on the track with a race tune its getting 12min now.

I am gone to try and run the rest of the Gal of fuel this week and then i Will let you guys know how much run time i am getting with a race tune.

Nice.

I have almost a gallon on it now. I managed to get almost a whole gallon through it on the street. I have not had it on athe outdoor track yet. Weather was nice this week so outdoor should start soon. Cant wait to see the potential of the X2

Default Chris is the man

To make a long story short. I broke off the brass piece that holds the HSN on my Mamba and could not find the replacement any where on the web. At the time (last night at midnight) I was not a member of R/C Tech. A local club member found Mr. Crews on this thread and told Chris my problem. Chris then emailed me and asked what I needed and that he would be glad to help. The last email I received said he would send it out this morning and send it priority mail. I have never had a sponsored driver from ANY of manufacture address any problem this fast. So I say to all on this thread if the man says a gnat can pull a train....hook his little a$$ up. Once again Thanks Chris

I worked all day today cleaning off puddles on my track. So tomorrow I will be running the X2 all day. Should be able to get it broken in and tuned up. I will check run times and let you know.

Hey Mike Ran my X2 most of the day to day at the track started putting a little bit of a race tune on it but just keeping it a little fat it has all most a Gallon on it now and i can FEEL THE POWER. This thing is CRAZY it has a Ton of bottom and i was running with an O.S. Speed on Top end so i think this motor is one BAD Motor. And it was getting 12 1/2 min on a tank and that is running it a little fat temps was around 220-230 for all 4 tanks to day.

Default Nice!

I ended up running today and finishing off a gallon at the outdoor track. The track is 150x120 as is basically a wide open on the throttle all the time track with just about zero technical areas. The X2 has awesome power! I ended up getting about 8 1/2 minutes to a tank, but thats just about full throttle every where, if it was a technical layout I could see even better run times. I could not ask for more out a 7 port Monster Power like the AXE X2.

With Chris's permission, I have a few shots of an Axe Rossi .25 Cobra I just did. This engine was timed and set up for use with the Axe 2050 that came with the engine in a kit form. Sorry about the poor lighting on the crank shots, I didn't realize they were so dim until after I shipped it out so I was unable to reshoot them
