Hope my special requests werent too taxing ;)

Monty,
Once I get thru the inspections all the sets, damages of any kind identified, and know my surface finish conditions are acceptable....The extra time to putting new designed fitment "per your request" is no trouble at all. After-all, you are in the "OVER 100 SETS SERVICED CLUB" right along with Niels from Denmark above post :nod: And back at you with the both the Fusion X7 ran last year and Fusion Extreme X3 I will be running this year. :) Thank You Friend The X7 is one sweet engine

Niels,
Again, Thank you for the great feed back/experience of last 4 plus years and over 100 piston + sleeve sets reconditioned-resized. Thank You Friend!!!

Lenny,
Thank You also for your feedback/experience running RayAracing reconditioned-resized piston + sleeve sets. 12 gallons is GREAT but sure is pushing the envelope on any engine without changing bearings, conrod, or any other parts. LOL, Tim has 11 gallons on his P5 with only replacing bearings at 5 gallon mark, and is as reliable and fast any engine we have between us at this time....go figure  And I got a call just yesturday from Steve A (Litle Rock, AR) that confirmed ( double WOW) gallons on his werks B5 after serviced here. We'll let him mention the number of gallons if he so chooses.:nod: See you & your son on the Western New York and Canadian tracks soon enough Lenny ;)

Rsickles,
Thanks for the update on the OS XZ Speed. My experience has been that reconditioned-resized OS engine models do perform well. I'll have to pull your invoice because now I'm curious as to the new designed fit you requested :( my memory just ain't what it was last week, LOL

Jody (NJ) your sets are on the bench

Clevon (VA) Your sets are on the bench

James (SC) Your set is on the bench

USPS calculates 6-10 business days from 3-23-12 shipping date. Your about the same distance from Greece as I am from New York City. Not much land at all, but a lot of water across the North Atlantic Ocean.  I like the way all 5 sets turned out. Please look over the invoice notes, and feel free to email me with any questions. Thank You, I appreciate you racers across the pond there.

used b6

Just got my b6 that I bought used running last night. Had a hard time getting temps above 180. I can tell its going to be strong tho, thanks to Rays resizing. It was a basket case when I bought it and its a practice engine for me as its my first .21. Its probably had a hard life but it has a good home with me. Have a total of $153 invested in this engine and a 2058 pipe so I think I made a good deal. Was worried at first tho when I had to beat the piston out of the sleeve. You did a great job with it Ray and I thank you. I'll be back...:nod:. take care.... Shane

Shane,
Glade what started to be a potential "belly flop"( sleeve very distorted/out of round/uneven tapper) is now a money savings for you and now you can use saved funds to buy tires and such, and simply concentrate improving your driving skills, and having fun  Thank you for the feedback

Jason (HI) Your OS 21XZ-B Speed Hara Edition P+S set also serviced and ships tomorrow. :D

The B6 has 14 gallons on it. Hopefully you are able to make it last another 2 or 3. This motor is my baby...

Julian,
Will do. Sorry I missed your call yesterday, while in tool+die shop. Figured I'ed return missed call home in my shop. Then we a rain storm knocked out my power around 7pm until midnight. Required packaging this morning shippings under 12 volt light. Dang, what a night.

Another long day and night ahead

Incredible service!

Ray,

Thanks for the insanely quick service for my Novarossi Toro Nero. I sent you a sleeve out early in the week from the Midwest and by week’s end it was back in my engine ready for fuel.

I was sweating it a little bit because while doing a preventative maintenance of changing out a rod, I noticed that I no longer had any mechanical pinch left. I found this out about a week before a big race for me, Outlaw Nitro Series for 1/8 gas LM here in the Midwest. This was the first race in the series and would set the tone for the rest of the series.

With you phenomenal service I was able to put my favorite mill back in my car and take the "A" main win(missed TQ by .1 sec...damn it)

Thanks for the quality work!

Sincerely,

Chad Smith
